Technician (Telecomms)
About this role
The Technicians install, test and repair communications and data communications systems, such as: fixed-line and mobile telephony networks, copper wire and fibre-optic cabling, analogue and digital satellite systems and wireless radio networks providing internet access via PCs, mobile phones.
Qualification
- High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate
- With relevant technical certifications is an advantage.
- At least 2 years work experience in same field.
- Knowledge of telecom systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques is an advantage.
- Familiarity with telecom tools, testing equipment, and safety procedures.
