Project Manager
The Project Manager leads project planning, execution, monitoring, and control of project activities, ensuring effective management of project throughout the project lifecycle. Ensures compliance with company project documentation requirements.
Construction Manager
The Construction Manager leads construction planning, execution, monitoring and control of project activities, ensuring that it is completed within budget, schedule and in conformance with specifications. Provides proper guidance to the construction team and maintains close coordination with the Project Manager in planning, assembling and controlling the required resources to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.
Project Engineer (Civil/Electrical)
The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager in the overall planning, organizing, and controlling of the project. He ensures that project deliverables are met according to plan, schedule, budget, and client requirement.
QAC Engineer (Civil/Electrical)
The Project Site QAC Engineer handles the performance monitoring of the project quality control activities. He/she reviewscontract specifications, identifies the project specific requirements and ensures the timely development and approval of qualityprocedures and plans.
Civil Supervisor
The Supervisor for Civil/Architectural is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the operation for economical completion of work activities at all times.
Electrical Supervisor
The Supervisor for Electrical is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the operation for economical completion of work activities at all times.
Land Surveyor
The Land Surveyor is responsible in ensuring the proper alighment and elevation of civil, structural and architectural finishes. He/She Conducts verification of location and topographic survey of the project site and keeps as-built survey of the project updated and well documented.
Project Cashier
The Project Cashier acts as custodian at the project. He/she disburses petty cash expenses such as travel expenses of employees on official business and emergency purchase, issues receipts for cash collected and deposits it to the bank, prepares petty cash fund replenishment when cash run low, and withdraws cash from the bank.
Project Nurse
The Project Nurse deals with all health issues, conducts first aid to all injured and ill employees, updates and maintains medical records and conducts inventory of medicines and supplies of the clinic at project site/ locations.
Project Accountant
The Project Accountant reviews the records to determine the Company's financial position and any changes required to run the organization's cost effectively.
Foreman
The Foreman (Civil & Architectural/Electrical/Plumbing & Mechanical) performs under the supervision of the Supervisors,
Mason
The Mason prepares materials needed in performing the masonry works. Performs plastering of surfaces according to the standard specifications.
Scaffolder
The Scaffolder provides necessary scaffolding on the specified areas. Constructs scaffolding on good quality and passed the required standards. Performs scaffolding activities needed in the performance of works by other employees.
Lineman
The Lineman is in charge of the execution of retirement and removal of found connected services that were apprehended and disconnected by Meralco Personnel, Retirement of metering facilities due to unsettled differential billing, Relocation and installation of metering facilities to Meralco poles, Relocation of distribution facilities and Illegal Service Connections (ISC) clearing operations.
Accountant (CPA)
The Accountant reviews the records to determine the Company’s financial position and any changes required to run the organization’s cost effectively. He/she is responsible in posting, processing, recording, monitoring, safekeeping and analyzing various financial accounts. He/she is accountable in providing support to major financial accounting areas, including accounts payables, general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
Testing & Commissioning Engineer
The Testing & Commissioning Engineer is primarily responsible for overseeing the installation of new equipment and systems, conducting tests to ensure operational efficacy, and resolving any issues that arise.
Architect
The Architect is responsible for providing/recommending best value architectural designs which meets project requirements on safety economically, aesthetically & functionally. Responsible for the architectural design for all engineering projects.
Design Engineer
The Design Engineer performs operational / technical tasks of sector design in the reception and processing of projects involving Meralco’s distribution facilities the preparation, negotiation, communication and facilitation and implementation of distribution facilities design, under set directions, policies, guidelines and procedures.
Mason/ Carpenter
The Mason prepares materials needed in performing the masonry works. Performs plastering of surfaces according to the standard specifications.
Driver
The driver is responsible for driving service vehicles to transport personnel to and from area of assignment; materials, correspondence and other matters to place or area of destination.
Field Representative
The Field Representative is responsible for inspecting meters for Meralco, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and reporting. Will submit standard-form reports for readings and field findings, supply and utilize all necessary tools/equipment to support efficient operations, and may also be assigned tasks related to contract termination, billing, and surveying.
Quality Surveyor
The QS Engineer ensures that cost and quantities related to electrical to be used at the site is correct and is according to the construction drawings. He/she ensures that projects are complying with all client specifications.
Lead, Primary Design Engineer
The Lead Design Engineer is responsible for complicated design works. He/she develops design standards & methodologies, supervises, and ensures quality assurance of engineering design of the projects.
Fleet Coordinator
The Logistics fleet coordinator is responsible in overseeing the departmental vehicle activities. He/she is also responsible for monitoring vehicle maintenance and repair and ensure that employees are aware of company driving and safety policies.
Secondary Design Engineer
The Secondary Design Engineer is responsible for complicated electrical design works, develops design standards & methodologies, supervision and quality assurance of electrical engineering design of the projects.
Primary Design Engineer
The Primary Design Engineer provides and recommends best value of design which meets project requirements for operability, reliability, maintainability, and safety. He/she develops design standards & methodologies, and quality assurance of Engineering design of the projects.
Transmission Line Design Engineer
The Transmission Line Design Engineer ensures that the engineering design is compliant with client requirements and all relevant standards. Acts as a subject matter expert regarding electrical distribution and transmission line engineering activities on both overhead and underground. Determines the capacity, system voltage selection, conductor selection, OHGW, OPGW, and insulator selection. Provides specifications for insulators, conductors, shield wires, and other line accessories.
Sales and Account Management Officer (Sales Engineer)
The Sales and Account Management Officer ensures that the Design sale's strategies are aligned with the company goals and market trends. Drives revenue growth by closing deals, onboarding new clients, and meeting sales targets. Facilitates Bid Review Committee (BRC) meetings to ensure alignment, timely decision making, and interdepartmental coordination. Manage client interactions during bidding and negotiations.
Civil Structural Design Engineer
The Civil Structural Design Engineer is responsible for complicated civil-structural design works, develops design standards & methodologies, supervision and quality assurance of civil/structural engineering design of the projects; specializing in Tower Design.
Rigger (Telecomms)
The Rigger is responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment on towers, poles, and other structures. This role involves climbing, handling heavy equipment, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and technical specifications. The Rigger works closely with technicians and engineers to support the deployment and operational efficiency of telecom networks.
Driver (Telecomms)
The Driver is responsible for safely transporting personnel, equipment, and materials to various locations as required by the company. This role requires adherence to traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies to ensure timely and secure delivery. The Driver may also assist with basic vehicle maintenance and documentation of trips.
Electrician (Telecomms)
The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and electronic systems that support telecommunications networks. This role involves working with towers, antennas, and telecom equipment while adhering to safety standards and technical specifications. The Telecommunications Electrician ensures reliable network performance and supports the deployment and operation of telecom infrastructure.
Technician (Telecomms)
The Technicians install, test and repair communications and data communications systems, such as: fixed-line and mobile telephony networks, copper wire and fibre-optic cabling, analogue and digital satellite systems and wireless radio networks providing internet access via PCs, mobile phones.
Auto Mechanic (Telecomms)
The Auto Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure their safe and efficient operation. This role requires hands-on technical skills, knowledge of automotive systems, and adherence to safety standards. The Auto Mechanic works closely with service advisors and team members to provide quality service and timely vehicle repairs.
Lineman (Telecomms)
The Lineman assists in constructing, repairing, and maintaining overhead power lines and drives work as directed; may work independently on dead as well as energized secondary distribution lines and with another lineman and close supervision of crew head, on or near primary lines where extra precautions are to be observed.
FOC Splicer (Telecomms)
The Fiber Optic Cable Splicer is to be responsible for splicing of Fiber Optic Cables and the testing on site activities with the quality of work performed. In this role you will be the first in-line in splicing and have extensive knowledge of the fiber optic industry and work involved. He will ensure that all work is installed/maintained in accord with the Company’s and Customer’s safety and quality requirements.
Driver/Technician (Telecomms)
The Driver/Technician is responsible for safely transporting personnel, equipment, and materials to various job sites while assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems. This dual-role position requires a combination of safe driving skills, technical knowledge, and adherence to company and industry safety standards.
Monitoring Engineer ( Telecomms)
The Monitoring Engineer is responsible in monitoring of the overall planning, organizing and controlling of the project. To collect data and information related to deliverables input and output accomplished by construction team. Determines the cost of the project and provides quantitative analysis.
Design Engineer (Telecomms)
