Launched in 2020, MIESCOR’s Utility Attachment Management (UAM) business unit supports MERALCO’s Foreign Attachment Management (FAM) by overseeing third-party attachments on distribution poles. UAM ensures that telecommunication and cable installations meet safety and compliance standards, protecting network reliability while coordinating closely with pole users.

Its core services include request-to-attach evaluations and audits, pole inventory, alley arm installation, correction of low-sagging cables, pole clearing operations, and anti-urban blight initiatives. Through these, UAM not only safeguards utility assets but also helps prevent hazards, improve efficiency, and promote cleaner, safer urban environments.
