Sales and Account Management Officer (Sales Engineer)

About this role

The Sales and Account Management Officer ensures that the Design sale's strategies are aligned with the company goals and market trends. Drives revenue growth by closing deals, onboarding new clients, and meeting sales targets. Facilitates Bid Review Committee (BRC) meetings to ensure alignment, timely decision making, and interdepartmental coordination. Manage client interactions during bidding and negotiations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field; Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years work experience in sales, business development, or account management; experience in EPC industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
