Key to the exchange was our proposed Utility Attachment Management (UAM) Business Process Outsourcing model — a solution shaped by Meralco’s real-world experience in addressing tangled, unsafe wire setups. The model offers a proactive framework for enhancing public safety, streamlining operations, and unlocking new efficiencies.
